Lean Certification: Recertification Requirements

Recertification requires you to submit a recertification portfolio for the level you are recertifying at along with the recertification fee. The fee is $200 for SME/AME members and Shingo Prize Examiners and $300 for non-members.

Education, Training & Development	80 Hours
New Projects	2 Tactical project form reports
Customer, Peer or Mentor/Coach Feedback Report (report must be from a colleague who is peer level or higher)	Report (internal or external) on performance on one project
Reflection	Update to previous reflection (status report on development process) New reflection on recert portfolio
