A Shared Mission

Educator Resources. Partnerships. Expertise.

SME and the SME Education Foundation support and share the same mission as educators: to impact the future generation of manufacturing practitioners. From academic research and technical reports to the very direct support of the SME PRIME Schools initiative, explore our commitment to manufacturing education and teachers. A core undertaking of SME is workforce development — supporting and ensuring that students and high-tech employees are prepared and equipped with the creativity, ability and skills necessary for success.
