SME Celebrates Manufacturing Day 2015!
SME, the SME Education Foundation and Tooling U-SME are proud to be gold sponsors of Manufacturing Day 2015. We are excited to drive awareness of manufacturing, the exciting career opportunities that are available and the advanced technologies that are driving the industry.
For us, every day is Manufacturing Day.
SME regularly celebrates advanced manufacturing and inspires the next generation of manufacturers, which is the intent of Manufacturing Day. Manufacturing Day 2015 will occur on Friday, Oct. 2.
Throughout the month of October, SME will be supporting Manufacturing Day through our chapter activities and events, the SME Education Foundation’s PRIME school network and Tooling U-SME. SME will also be celebrating the one-year anniversary of its manufacturing awareness campaign, #MFGis, and will host a 5K run near its headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan.
As we have new information to provide about events and activities, we will update this page. In the meantime, see what we did in 2014.
