WHITESTOWN, Ind. – Focusing on “productivity through partnership,” Swiss-tooling manufacturer Rego-Fix, inventor of the standard-setting ER collet, has announced plans to build a technical hub for the machining industry at its North American headquarters. The new Center for Machining Excellence (CME) will be a 12,000-square-foot expansion to the company’s existing facility at 4420 Anson Blvd. in Whitestown, Ind.

The Rego-Fix facility is a 30-minute drive from Indianapolis International Airport and provides CME manufacturing and educational partners a facility with a central gateway to North America’s manufacturing corridor. Partners will gain a competitive advantage with direct access to customers, prospects, training opportunities and markets throughout the country, the company says. It will also provide local universities and technical schools a unique opportunity to engage with Rego-Fix for hands-on learning experiences.

CME partners will be able to capitalize on the Rego-Fix manufacturing brand. With access to the company’s facilities and technical expertise, partners can establish a satellite location for higher United States market presence and penetration, while enhancing the customer experience, the company says.

CME partner amenities include furnished private office spaces with storage, showrooms with adjoining hospitality spaces, dedicated areas for live partner technology demonstrations and a 165-inch video wall with audio-visual equipment for presentations and recordings. There will also be opportunities for inventory storage and order fulfillment support.

The Rego-Fix CME initiative reflects the company’s “triangle of core values of integrity, excellence and growth.” The facility and all it offers also further strengthens the company’s position as an industry leader producing the very best in Swiss precision products that empower customers to reach their maximum potential, says Rego-Fix.
