SME will highlight 30 outstanding young leaders 30 years old or younger who are creating new paths and breaking the mold of traditional manufacturing.

Nominees must be no older than 30 as of December 31, 2024, and they can be either:

• Young professionals working in the manufacturing business, conducting manufacturing research, or teaching manufacturing trades or manufacturing engineering; or
• Students (K-12 and above) making an impact through or in manufacturing.
